What is your sample policy?
We provide samples free of charge; however, the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct thorough quality testing in our in-house lab. Every batch is tested to ensure it meets our quality standards before leaving the factory.
How do you build long-term, successful business relationships?

What is your typical delivery time?
Normally, delivery takes around 10 to 15 days after receiving the deposit. However, the exact delivery timeframe may vary depending on the specific products and the quantity of your order. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate once your order details are confirmed.
Can you manufacture products based on a sample?
Yes, we can produce according to the sample you provide or based on your detailed specifications. Our team will ensure the final product meets your exact requirements.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T in advance as a deposit, and the remaining 70% T/T after we email you a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Alternatively, we also accept L/C at sight. Before the final payment, we will provide photos of your goods and packaging for confirmation.
